Students must have Ethnicity/Race data corresponding with their enrollments.
Suggested Resolution:
Add Ethnicity/Race data in the Student Information record corresponding to the student's SENR record enrollment during the report period. Ensure all SINF records overlapping with their enrollment records contain Ethnicity/Race data.
