Error Description
Student was reported as graduating with a Special Education Certificate of Completion or is a prior Special Education Completer and the student is not a Student with Disabilities.
Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: Students who were exited with a Student Completion Status = 120 (Special Education Certificate of Completion) or Student Exit Category = E125 (Prior SPED Completer) must have an overlapping Special Education record at the same Reporting LEA.

Verify the correct Student Completion Status or Student Exit Reason is provided for the student's enrollment in CALPADS ODS. If the completion status or exit reason is correctly populated, ensure a Special Education (SPED) record is submitted for the student in CALPADS ODS that overlaps the enrollment record for the student and at the same Reporting LEA.
