Suggested Resolution

Understanding the Error:

A student who graduates with a School Completion Status of 106 (Grad, CAHSEE mods & waivers) or 108 (Grad, CAHSEE exempt) should have a Waiver (SWAV) record for the reporting year, but there is no Waiver record for this student.

Suggested Resolution:

Add a Waiver record for this student based on the reporting year even if it was submitted in a prior year.
