Student must be enrolled in the School of Attendance during the Academic Year specified

Understanding the Error:

This validation error is triggered if CALPADS ODS does not have an enrollment record for the School of Course Delivery and Academic Year submitted in the batch file or online submission. Things to check for in submission: Verify the fields listed in the Fields Validated column are correct in the submission.

Suggested Resolution:

1) If the Academic Year ID is incorrectly populated in the submission, change it so the correct value is submitted to CALPADS for the student program record of the SSID.

OR 2) Verify any discrepancies in the Enrollment History data contained in Local SIS vs. CALPADS and make appropriate corrections. Refer to "CALPADS SSID and Enrollment Procedures" document available at http://www.cde.ca.gov/ds/sp/cl/systemdocs.asp
