Error Description

If the user is attempting to create or modify an Incident with an Incident Local ID that is already in use for the LEA/School/Academic Year.

Suggested Resolution

Understanding the Error: Incident Local ID must be unique within Academic Year, LEA, and School.

Things to check for: Verify that values are correct for all validated fields in the ODS

Suggested Resolution: Change any incorrect values in any of the validated fields.
