Connected Mathematics 3, or CMP3, is an inquiry-based mathematics program for Grades 6-8. It helps students actively focus on math problem solving, reasoning and proof, communication, representation, and connections. These math practices require students to look deeper and connect problem solving to practical situations. Funded in part by the National Science Foundation, and developed through Michigan State University, CMP3 provides a powerful inquiry model for learning mathematics. Connect mathematical ideas to students’ everyday world.

Corgi is a free, Google-based application to engage all students in rich and meaningful learning.  Corgi is an easy-to-use suite of digital graphic organizers that supports students in developing content-specific practices and habits of mind. By engaging with Corgi, students develop patterns of thinking and reasoning in a format that is accessible for all. We leverage what’s already great about graphic organizers and infuse the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to make them even more flexible and accessible.

Davis Digital provides the K–12 Curriculum from Davis Publications online! It’s perfect for remote, traditional, and hybrid classroom environments. The Davis Digital platform allows students and teachers remote or in-class access to lessons, fine art images, videos, and Portfolios from any computer or tablet with an Internet connection. Easily work from home, the classroom, a computer lab, or any combination!

The DBQ Project was founded in 2000 to support teachers and students in learning to read smart, think straight, and write more clearly. As teachers, we believe all students can develop high-level critical thinking skills if they have consistent instruction and a chance to practice. We also believe that when we provide teachers with materials that blend educational best practices  and content-specific questions, we promote and support transformational change in our schools.

DBQ Online takes The DBQ Project to a whole new level. Teachers and students have the tools to read and annotate documents, take notes, organize or “bucket” evidence, and write papers in our online environment. That’s just the beginning.

Zach Korzyk created DeltaMath in 2009 when he wrote a simple program on substituting values into the Quadratic Formula. Positive student response prompted him to kick into gear and create content for the rest of the school year.

In its first full year as a functional site, DeltaMath was used by 100 teachers and 5,000 students. In the years to come, Zach worked nights, weekends, and summers adding content and features. He taught himself database management, web servers, and JavaScript. By 2019-2020, the site had grown to over 100,000 teacher-users and 4 million students.

Learn more.   Desmos Classroom invites, celebrates, and develops student brilliance through free digital classroom activities, thoughtfully designed by teachers for teachers. Those activities are guided by our our pedagogical philosophy and help students to explore concepts deeply, collaborate with their peers on problem-solving, and apply knowledge creatively as mathematicians.

In 2020, we turned those experiences into a core middle school math program, combining a problem-based curriculum from Illustrative Mathematics, scalable support models from Amplify, and Desmos Classroom's intuitive technology and humanizing pedagogy.
