Overview
Product Overview (keep to one paragraph - this is the core description you would use to describe your product)

Features
A list of the top 5-10 features of your product.   Try to stay on-topic to YOUR product.  No need for features like "web-based", 24-7 access, etc.  Everyone has that.  Use this feature list to differentiate yourself.


Note to vendors:  We typically ask for the following:

1) Name of the product/company
2)  Website
3)  A one-paragraph overview of summary of the product
4)  A list of features
5)  Do they use any of the 8 interoperability frameworks/products?  (See link below for names)
6)  Do they offer customer support over the phone? or just web/email?  What about in-person trainings>
7.  List of California districts currently using the product.  Important to list at least ONE! 
8.  Any additional product integrations (like with Aeries or PowerSchool)
9.  A link to their “Uptime Status” webpage (if they have one)
10.  Any links to Vimeo or Youtube videos that describe their product
11.  Any attachments (pictures, PDF files) that explain their product.
12.  Meta Description and MetaData Tags for use by Search engines.
