BuyBoard.com is a cooperative purchasing organization that serves public entities across the United States. Its primary purpose is to streamline the purchasing process for government agencies, school districts, and other public organizations by providing access to competitively procured contracts for a wide range of products and services. These contracts are established through a competitive bidding process, ensuring that members have access to quality goods and services at competitive prices without the need for their own time-consuming procurement processes. By leveraging the collective purchasing power of its members, BuyBoard aims to save time and resources while maximizing value for public entities.

The Education Technology Joint Powers Authority (Ed Tech JPA) aims to streamline procurement, provide competitive pricing, and secure favorable technology contracts for educational agencies and other eligible entities.  The Ed Tech JPA is supported by four founding school districts, including Capistrano Unified School District, Clovis Unified School District, Fullerton School District and Irvine Unified School District.  These founding members of the Ed Tech JPA coordinate consortium purchases of high-quality products and services to benefit all of our current and potential member agencies.

PlanetBids is an eProcurement platform that offers a suite of tools tailored for enhancing the procurement processes in government, education, construction, and other sectors. Established in 2000, it provides an array of features aimed at streamlining the management of bids, vendors, contracts, and much more.

RFPSchoolWatch connects contractors, suppliers and vendors with both educational and government agencies by providing bid opportunities and contract leads in their market sectors.

RFPSchoolWatch monitors 15,000 school districts (K-12), over 5,000 universities and colleges, and all 50 state government Departments of Education (DOE) for RFP’s, ITB’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s and other procurement opportunities for vendors selling to the K-20 marketplace.

RFPSchoolWatch maintains a comprehensive database of educational bids (School Bids, RFPs, Request for Proposals), school bids, college and university bids, contracts, RFQs (RFQ, Request for Quotations), RFIs (RFI, Request for Information), educational Bids & RFPs, educational tenders, educational projects, educational surplus and other government related bidding and contracting information published by state, county, city, municipal, local government, town agencies, and government agency buyers such as schools, colleges, universities and Hundreds of K12 Regional Buying Consortium. The educational solicitation notices include pre-solicitation and active solicitations.

Smart Procure is a data aggregator for public agency purchases.  Using a custom-built API system (as well as a 50 person strong FOIA request team), Smart Procure culls purchase data from all of the public school districts in the US, including all of the 800 school districts in California.  It aggregates all of this purchase order data into an online searchable database - basically a "Google search engine for Government Business".    This system could help districts (who can afford the $5K annual access fee) with making smarter purchases, identifying additional vendors, understanding what other districts have paid for merchandise and services over time (data goes back at least 9 years).
