Primarily Enrolled students who are aged 22 years or older and Enrolled in Grades KN through 12 cannot be "TBD"

Suggested Resolution

Understanding the Error: 
Adult-aged students aged 22 years and older cannot have an 'TBD' ELAS Code. 
 
Suggested Resolution: 
1) Verify if the student's birth date 
2) Verify the student ELAS status Start Date and ELAS status Code .
