Error Description

If Education Program Participation Type Code = 10 (CPA) or 20 (CTE), then the user must be assigned the PSTS Edit role.

Suggested Resolution

Understanding the Error: In order to submit data for students where Education Program Participation Code = 10 (CPA) or 20 (CTE), the user submitting the data must have the "PSTS Edit" role.
