Error Description

Invalid Start Date for Record with R Transaction Type Code

Suggested Resolution

Understanding the Error.  Records that are submitted with an R transaction type code must have a start date that is within the current academic year.

Things to check for in submission: Verify that the Student School Start Date in the submitted file are in the current academic year.

Suggested Resolution: If the Start Date in the submitted file are correct, replace the ODS record by submitting a record with a transaction type of Delete and a record with a transaction type of Add in the same file.
