If a Grade Level Code of TK-12 is submitted for a student, then the School of Attendance must not be a Preschool
Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: The system is trying to ensure that Preschools do not have data for grades TK-12.
If you are reporting enrollment data for a Preschool, then verify that all grade levels on the SENR for those students = IN or PS. If there are students not IN or PS, ensure their data is submitted with the correct School of Attendance.
