Record(s) will pass this validation once all other fatal errors are corrected for student

Understanding the Error:

When a batch SENR file containing enrollment update records is submitted, the system groups the submitted enrollment update records for an SSID into a cluster. If this cluster of enrollment update records contains one or more records which produced Fatal CALPADS validations, all of the records contained in the cluster are rejected. All the records in this cluster then appear under SENR9999. NOTE: SENR9999 does not validate against Request SSID records.

Things to check for in submission: Check other Rejected Records in the submitted file. Suggested Resolution: Fix all other Fatal Errors for the students appearing under SENR9999 and this will automatically resolve SENR9999 errors for the students.
