Error Description
Academic Year ID must be a valid academic school year combination and no more than one year in the future.
Suggested Resolution
Note! Unlike most records, SPED data records cannot be manually changed in CALPADS. The data can only be changed by submitting a new SPED file directly from your SPED program (e.g. SEIS, Siras, Welligent, etc.) Please reference our community forum area on this subject for answers to specific questions.
Confirm the value for the Academic Year reflects a consecutive two-year time span, with a format of CCYY-CCYY (e.g.. 2019-2020).
