Error Description

If Education Plan Type Code is 100 (IEP), 150 (IFSP) or 200 (ISP), Primary Residence Code must be populated.

Suggested Resolution

1) Populate the Primary Residence Code for Education Plan Types 100, 150, or 200.
 
OR
 
2) Verify the Education Plan Type Code is populated correctly.
