Special Education Referral Date cannot be a future date.

Suggested Resolution

Understanding the error: if the Special Education Referral date is the current date or earlier the error will trigger. The Special education referral date cannot be a future date.
 
Resolution: Verify the date in the submission, make appropriate corrections so that the referral date is equal to or less than the current date prior to submitting a new SPED record.
