Understanding the Error: SPED records are transactions of meetings that took place and amendments of the plan information within the record. SPED records cannot overlap to ensure a single record is valid at any particular point in time.

NOTE!  An email sent on May 17th, 2022 from CALPADS stated the following:

Dear CALPADS LEA Administrators and Representatives:

This message is to provide an update on the issue with SPED0546. The fix for Problem Ticket 6016 (SPED0546 invalid for Meeting Type 20), was implemented on 5/16/2022, and not on 5/12/22 as initially reported.  Therefore, LEAs should resubmit their SPED files.  If SPED0546 continues to trigger when it should not, please submit a Service Desk Ticket.
