Format for invalid column (fields) count based on file type

SOFF0091 Invalid Student Offense Code and Weapon Category Combination

Student Offense Code and Weapon Category Code must be a valid combination

SOFF0095 Missing Weapon Category Code

If Student Offense Code = '100', '101', '103', '104', or '105'
Then Weapon Category Code must be populated

SOFF0212 Duplicate Student Offense records exist for the same student

The following combination of fields may not be duplicated in more than one record: Academic Year ID, School of Attendance, SSID, Incident ID Local, Student Offense Code

SOFF0502 Invalid Incident ID

The Incident ID and Academic Year Combination must match an existing SINC Incident ID and SINC Academic Year ID combination for the same Student where Statutory Offense is indicated

SOFF0510 Missing Removal to Interim Alternative Setting Reason Code

If student has an Active SPED Plan
at the same Reporting LEA
AND Student Offense Code in ('100', '103', '105', '200', '400', '401', '500',' 503', '505', '600') then associated SINC
Removal to Interim Alternative Setting Reason Code should be populated
