Missing General Education Participation Percentage Range Code

If Student Age is at least 5 years, but less than 23 years and Special Education Program Setting = 400 or 500, then General Education Participation Percentage Range Code must be populated.

Understanding the Error: Missing General Education Participation Percentage Range Code must be populated if the student age*  is at least 5 or less than 23 years and Special Education Program Setting code = 400 or 500. Suggested Resolution: Populate the Missing General Education Participation Percentage Range Code or Change either the Student Birth Date, Education Plan Amendment Date or  Meeting Date to resolve this error. Note: Amendment Date Student Age is used if Education Plan Amendment Date (Field 14.25) is populated. If not populated, then Meeting Date  (Field 14.21 )Student Age is used.
