Error Description

Referring Party Code is required if Special Education Referral Date is populated.

Suggested Resolution

Understanding the Error: If Special Education Referral Date is populated, which is required if Special Education Initial Entry Start Date is equal or greater than 07/01/2006, then Referring Party is required.
 
Suggested Resolution: Populate Referring Party Code or update Special Education Referral Date.
