FATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.

Error Description

If Special Education Meeting Type = 30 and Education Plan Type = 300 (Pending), then non-applicable fields must be null.

Suggested Resolution

Understanding the Error: 
When Special Education Meeting Type and Education Plan Type are pending, then a number of fields should not be populated as they are not applicable to pending meetings. 
 
Suggested Resolution:
Update Special Education Meeting Type and Education Plan Type to non-pending meetings. If a pending meeting is intended, then ensure only the appropriate fields are populated. See the "Fields Validated" column to confirm your data.
