If Student Age is >= 22 years

(Special Education Exit Reason Code is populated and Special Education Program Exit Date is not populated).

SPED0433 Invalid Education Plan Type Code for Special Education Program Type Code

If Special Education Program Type Code is populated, then Education Plan Type Code must = 150.

SPED0434 Invalid Part B Initial Evaluation Meeting Type

Students may not have more than one Part B Initial Evaluation Meeting record during an active plan.

SPED0435 Invalid Initial Part C Meeting Type

Students may not have more than one Initial Type C Meeting record without exiting the Special Education Program.

SPED0437 Invalid Triennial Evaluation Type

Students may not have an Triennial Evaluation without a Part C Initial Evaluation Meeting.

SPED0438 Education Plan Amendment Date Mismatch

If the student's Education Plan Amendment Date is populated, then the following fields must match an existing record for the same student, SSID, Reporting LEA, and SELPA Code in the ODS:

-Special Education Meeting Type Code

-Special Education Meeting Date

-Special Education Referral Date

-Initial Evaluation Parental Consent Date

-Disability 1 Code

-Disability 2 Code

-Special Education Program Type Code

SPED0441 Missing Education Plan Amendment Date

Education Plan Amendment Date must be populated if:

Education Plan Type Code = 100 (IEP), 150 (IFSP), or 200 (ISP)

AND

Special Education Meeting Type Code and Special Education Meeting Date match a SPED record for the same SSID, Reporting LEA, and SELPA Code in the ODS

AND

any of the following fields do not match:

- Primary Residence Code

- Special Education Program Setting Code

- Preschool Program Setting Service Location Code

- Ten or More Weekly Hours in setting Indicator

- General Education Participation Percentage Range Code

- IEP Includes Postsecondary Goals Indicator

- Postsecondary Goals Updated Annually Indicator

- Postsecondary Goals Age Appropriate Transition Assessment Indicator

-Transition Services in IEP Indicator

- Supportive Services Indicator

- Transition Services Goals in IEP Indicator

SELPA code must be a valid 4-digit SELPA code.

SPED0443 Invalid SELPA for Reporting LEA

SELPA must be a valid EntityCode and have an active reporting relationship with the Reporting LEA.

SPED0450 Missing Special Education Referral Date

Special Education Referral Date is required if Special Education Initial Entry Start Date is greater than or equal to 07/01/2006.

SPED0451 Missing Referring Party Code

Referring Party Code is required if Special Education Referral Date is populated.

SPED0471 Invalid Field Population for Pending Meeting or Education Plan

If Special Education Meeting Type = 30 and Education Plan Type = 300 (Pending), then non-applicable fields must be null.

Special Education Program Exit Date must be less than or equal to current date.

SPED0521 Invalid Pending Meeting Type

A pending Evaluation Meeting Type must not be submitted during an existing active plan.

SPED0531 Invalid Reporting LEA and School of Attendance Combination for Charter LEA

If Charter School is an independently reporting Charter School for SPED reporting, then Reporting LEA and School of Attendance must reflect the same Charter School

SPED0538 Education Plan Amendment Date Cannot exist between the dates of another SPED Record
